How we use it

We use your information to process and deliver orders, send order and delivery updates, provide customer support, and — where you have opted in — send product news and offers. We do not sell your personal information.

Payments

Payments are processed by Korapay. Card and bank details are handled directly by the payment provider and are never stored on our servers.

Email preferences

Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link in every message. Transactional emails about an order you placed are sent for as long as that order is active.

Data retention and security

We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting, warranty and legal purposes. Access to customer data is restricted to authorised staff, and our systems are protected by role-based access controls.
