Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use the Olalara Enterprise website, place an order, or use our products.
Orders
An order is confirmed once payment has been received and verified. We may cancel an order and issue a full refund if a product becomes unavailable or if a pricing error occurs.
Pricing and promotions
Prices are shown in Naira and include applicable discounts at the time of purchase. Promotional prices and promo codes are limited-time offers and may be withdrawn or changed at any time. Only one promo code may be applied per order.
Delivery
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, as they depend on courier availability.
Warranty
Products are covered against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorised repairs, liquid damage or normal wear.
Refunds and returns
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and can take 5–10 business days to appear. Contact support@olalara.enterprises to start a return.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access to our systems, or use our content or branding without permission.
