Use our order tracker with your order reference or the email address you used at checkout. You'll also receive an email at every stage of delivery.

Delivery

Delivery fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your state, city and LGA. Current orders ship within an estimated 2–4 weeks.

Warranty & repairs

Our products are covered against manufacturing defects. If something isn't right, message us on WhatsApp or email support@olalara.enterprises with your order reference and a short description, and we'll make it right.

Payments & refunds

Payments are processed securely through Korapay. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and can take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
